Government Arts & Science college Uduma was established in the year 2014 by the Department of Collegiate Education, Govt. of Kerala with an aim to uplift the socially & economically backward society by imparting quality education. It is affiliated to Kannur University. The College is situated at Panayal village in Uduma Constituency . The college offers arts & humanities courses at undergraduate level and Social Science at Postgraduate level.
At present we have three UG programmes and one PG programme. They are:

- B.com with Co-operation
- MA Social Science with Specialization in History
